What is a confirmed translation?

A confirmed translation is an innovative service provided by European Translation Agency worldwide. We translate the document and confirm the accurateness of translation by four stamps presented below. Then, we scan the document and send it to you electronically. At your request and upon additional fee, we can post the original documents anywhere in the world using worldwide courier companies such as UPS, DHL or traditional post.

Each confirmed translation is stamped by the following stamps:

First round stamp of European Translation Agency and the second one defining the date of translation.

The third stamp defines who was translating the document / coordinating the project, from which language into which, the number of pages, date and signature.

Last stamp defines the number under which the translation was registered in our record book.

How can you pay for our services?

Very easily: just use your credit card for an online payment (available 24/7). You can also pay via bank transfer for an e-VAT invoice (within 7 days from the day on which the invoice was issued), or an invoice that was sent to you via email or post (corporate customers). Individual customers (non-corporate) may use our services only after pre-payment, or payment upon collection. We also accept scanned payment confirmation.
