If you do not receive our quote within these time limits, it may mean we are full, and thus very sorry for being unable to help. Magyar nyelv

A magyar nyelv az uráli nyelvcsalád tagja, a finnugor nyelvek közé tartozó ugor nyelvek egyike. A legnagyobb finnugor (és egyben uráli) nyelv. Legközelebbi rokonai a manysi és a hanti nyelv, majd utánuk az udmurt, a komi, a mari és a mordvin nyelvek. Vannak olyan vélemények, melyek szerint a moldvai csángó önálló nyelv - különösen annak északi, középkori változata -, így ez volna a magyar legközelebbi rokonnyelve.

Noha a magyar és nemzetközi nyelvtudomány (így a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia is) bizonyított ténynek tekinti a magyar nyelv uráli (azon belül: finnugor) eredetét, ezt többen vitatják, és álláspontjukat a legkülönfélébb elméletekkel próbálják alátámasztani (Alternatív elméletek a magyar nyelv rokonságáról).
