1.
European Translation Agency “PROXIMUSS” declares that it has appropriate qualifications and knowledge to perform translation and interpretation services.
2.
European Translation Agency
“PROXIMUSS” will perform the
order only if it was placed
by the person(s) authorised
to place an order on behalf
of a particular company /
institution, organisation,
etc. The order may be placed
by the Employer in person or
sent by post or
electronically by e-mail.
European Translation Agency
PROXIMUSS shall not obliged
to start translation if it
has not received
confirmation of the order
from the Employer on time.
3.
If the order was placed
after 6 PM on a given
business day, the date of
its placement is counted
from the day following the
date of placing the order.
4.
We charge our customers for
words. However, in some
countries, depending on
local business habits, we
may also charge for pages of
translation. In such case,
one page is 1600 characters
with spaces or 225 words.
The number of pages or words
is calculated after the text
has been translated unless
you have provided us with an
editable file in which we
may count characters / words
before starting translation.
The minimum fee is charged
for 1 resulting page, or 50
EUR - we do not take up
smaller projects. The given
prices are net prices. We
will issue an invoice from
Poland, which will not
include VAT - in accordance
with European tax
regulations.
5.
In the case of texts
intended for official
publication, it is assumed
that the Employer will edit
and correct the text on its
own, unless this service was
also ordered at
European Translation Agency
PROXIMUSS. Please remember
that it is necessary to not
only translate the text, but
also to edit it before
making public.
6.
Certified (sworn)
translations are made in one
copy. A fee is collected for
each additional copy
according to the Regulation
of the Minister of Justice.
7.
If a specific vocabulary
shall be used in
translation, the client
should provide a glossary
containing the vocabulary
that should be used when
translating. This applies to
projects, in which the
client prefers other
vocabulary for any reason.
If such a glossary is not
provided,
European Translation Agency
will apply correct
vocabulary in accordance
with its best knowledge and
experience, although not
necessarily in accordance
with the wishes and
expectations of the client.
8.
In the case of individual
clients to whom we also
issue invoices, we always
demand prepayment for our
services. In the case of
companies, an invoice is
issued for the service
provided to be paid within 7
days.
9.
European Translation Agency
undertakes to keep
confidential all information
obtained in connection with
the translation performed,
in particular the content of
the files and any documents,
unless otherwise required by
the law or competent
authorities.
10.
WE

WE HAVE NOTED ANY FORGED OR
DOUBTFUL DOCUMENTS.
11.
Each translation project
shall remain the property of
the
European Translation Agency
until it is paid by the
client. Once the payment is
made, the Employer obtains
all rights to translation.
12.
If the payment deadline is
exceeded,
European Translation Agency
will send a reminder about
an unpaid invoice. If the
payment deadline is exceeded
by 7 days,
European Translation Agency
sends a request for payment
by registered mail. If the
payment deadline is exceeded
by 14 days,
European Translation Agency
transfers the debt to the
collection department. The
Client will be charged with
all costs of debt
collection.
13.

translation projects (over
50 pages),
European Translation Agency
reserves the right to ask
for partial prepayment
before the translation
process begins.
14.
European Translation Agency
reserves the right to refuse
to perform the order,
stating the reason for the
refusal.
15.
All reasonable reservations
and complaints regarding the
quality of the translation
will be accepted if they are
provided by the client
within 14 days from the date
of the translation delivery.
European Translation Agency
has the right to make
corrections and remove
defects within the statutory
deadline. Failure to submit
